چکیده
Background and Objective: Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) accounts for 10% to 15% of all strokes has a high mortality morbidity rate in the world. The ICH score is valid predicting severity intracerebral patients treated ICU. increase C-reactive protein (CRP) value predictor outcome ICU patients. aim this study was find out how ICH, CRP D-dimer scores correlated with Subjects Methods: subjects were 27 who H. Adam Malik Hospital University North Sumatra Hospital. Data collected using consecutive sampling, then CRP, measured examination analyzed by length stay. Results: Out total patients, 22 (81.5%) moved ward 5 (18.5%) died. mean 2.70(0.67), 1.41(0.72), 2757.96(1230.73). results correlation between stay found positive (r = 0.498; p 0.008), had weak 0.315; 0.109) 0.546; 0.003). Conclusion: It that an effect on hemorrhage.

Elevated plasma D-dimer and hypersensitive C-reactive protein levels may indicate aortic disorders.
OBJECTIVE D-dimer and C-reactive protein are of diagnostic and predictive values in patients have thrombotic tendency, such as vascular thrombosis, coronary artery disease and aortic dissection. However, the comparative study in these biomarkers between the patients with acute aortic dissection and coronary artery disease has not been sufficiently elucidated. METHODS Consecutive surgical pati...
متن کاملSerum C-reactive protein, fibrinogen and D-dimer in patients with progressive cerebral infarction
OBJECTIVE Progressive cerebral infarctions increase mortality and functional disability through mechanisms which have yet to be completely understood. The goal of this study was to explore the dynamic changes of serum C-reactive protein (CRP), fibrinogen (FIB) and D-dimer (D-D) in order to better characterize progressive cerebral infarction. METHODS The amount of serum CRP, FIB and D-D was me...
متن کاملC-Reactive Protein Level In Coronary Artery Disease And Its Correlation With Serum D-Dimer.
BACKGROUND C-reactive protein concentration has continuous associations with risk of coronary artery disease, ischemic stroke and death from several cancers. In addition, several studies have shown that CRP could be used to predict first ever myocardial infarction and stroke in healthy subjects, as well as outcome in acute setting. High levels of another biomarker, D-dimer, have been found to b...
متن کاملC-Reactive Protein, Fibrin D-Dimer, and Risk of Ischemic Heart Disease
Background—There is increasing interest in the predictive value of C-reactive protein (CRP) and fibrin D-dimer in the prediction of ischemic heart disease (IHD). We assessed their joint and independent associations with IHD in a large combined analysis of 2 population cohorts. Methods and Results—Men aged 49 to 66 years from the general populations of Caerphilly and Speedwell were studied betwe...
متن کاملC-REACTIVE PROTEIN RESPONSE IN ANGINA PECTORIS
C-reactive protein (CRP) response was studied in 44 patients with acute angina pectoris admitted to the coronary care unit. 71 % of patients with acute myocardial infarction (MI)had positive CRP test while 73% of patients presumed to have unstable angina pectoris had negative CRP test. This test can be helpful in differentiating between acute MI and unstable angina pectoris.
